A health store, with, presumably, an emphasis on values encompassing: natural, old-fashioned, organic, non-genetically-modified, whole, raw, unfiltered, unrefined, unprocessed, low salt, low petrochemical residues, preservative-free, virgin first cold pressing, unbleached. Yet I found this a far cry from the the thatched village grocery store image that most health stores try to project. From a distance, it looked more like a shoe shop.
