This is the view taken by LeitzNoctilux from the Park Hyatt, and assumed to be the view Cayce sees.

Colin says: "A little fooling around with Google maps has made me pretty certain that is Yoyogi Park, seen from the Shinjuku Skyscraper district looking roughly south south east. (In fact it allowed me to figure out which building the Park Hyatt was in before I went and confirmed at their web site, which makes me even more confident.) The red and white tower on the extreme left is Tokyo Tower, and the very large bluish grey building to the right of that is Roppongi Hills.

The red roof you see in the park is the Meiji Shrine, unless the map is lying to me."
